‘Safer Together (LEARN), one safety culture, our journey continues'
88 Aces Maritime Services Inc. held its annual Manila Crew Conference 2023, together with Scorpio Tankers, Optimum Services and Trafigura

The theme is to promote for continuing journey to define and establish a uniform safety culture. It includes the 8 Leadership Behaviours TRUST, CARE, OPENNESS, LEARN, FEEDBACK, SPEAK-UP, TEAMWORK and MANAGING DILEMMAS.

The 8LB also came methods to effectively improve a culture with the ability to measure culture maturity and with proven methods to change, came the basis for developing digital tools to effectively and efficiently improve culture in large organizations.

The crew conference was held at Lanson and Hilton Hotel, Manila Philippines on Nov. 10 and Nov. 13 & 14  respectively and were joined by speakers from Monaco office and Athens office.
