88 Aces Team Building 2026: Stronger Together at Acuaverde Beach Resort
From June 26 to 27, 2026, the 88 Aces team came together at the beautiful Acuaverde Beach Resort in Batangas for a much-anticipated annual team-building event—two days filled with energy, camaraderie, and shared purpose.
This year’s gathering brought everyone into four teams—Alfa, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta—each ready to take on challenges that tested strength, strategy, and, most importantly, teamwork. From the very start, the atmosphere was filled with excitement as teams rallied together, determined to give their best in every activity.
True to this year’s theme,“Tough times don’t last, tough teams do,” every game became a showcase of resilience and unity. Whether it was physical challenges that required strength, problem-solving tasks that demanded strategy, or activities that called for seamless coordination, each team demonstrated what it truly means to work as one.
While Team Bravo emerged as the overall winner, the real victory was shared among all. Every team—Alfa, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta—displayed remarkable effort, sportsmanship, and determination. The spirit of support and encouragement across teams highlighted the strong culture that defines 88 Aces.
On the last team-building activity, our team created this simple yet meaningful structure—one that perfectly reflects who we are at 88 Aces.
The foundation, made of shoes, represents our people—the core of our strength. The t-shirts binding the structure together symbolize Optimum, uniting us through collaboration and shared purpose. Above it all, the umbrella reflects the Scorpio Group, providing guidance, protection, and stability.
A powerful reminder that with strong foundations, unity, and the support of a greater vision, we continue to move forward together.
As the sun set on the first day, the event seamlessly transformed into an evening of celebration. The night came alive with music, laughter, and vibrant energy as everyone gathered for a lively party filled with dancing and positive spirit. It was the perfect way to celebrate not just the day’s achievements, but the bonds that make our organization stronger.
