88 Aces Maritime Services held its Crew conferences at Lanson Place Hotel this month.  The Ratings Conference took place on March 12, while the Officers conference took place on March 13-14.  The conferences gathered 50 ratings Crew members and 60 officers respectively for 3 days of seminars and workshops including a gala dinner which we had the opportunity to award our seafarers and their families loyal for 10 years with Optimum Ship. The seminars emphasized the best practices in developing the Seafarer’s capabilities, knowledge, and skills to promote safe operations and reinforce positive safe working culture and company’s values.
