ROLE BASED BRIDGE TEAM MANAGEMENT FACILITATOR

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer Facilitator to oversee one of our
courses within our organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of
high-quality training to meet organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should
have strong leadership and communication skills, a solid background in training and
development, and the ability to drive employee performance and engagement through
effective training initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a course about Role Based Bridge (RBB) Team management: Create
and execute comprehensive training strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning and
professional growth.
Training delivery and facilitation: Oversee the delivery of RBB training courses, either through
in-person sessions, virtual platforms, or a blended learning approach.
Training evaluation and improvement: Establish evaluation metrics and mechanisms to assess
the effectiveness of RBB training program. Analyze feedback, performance data, and training
outcomes to continuously improve the quality and impact of training initiatives.
Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to
understand their training needs and align training programs accordingly. Act as a trusted
advisor and partner to various teams to ensure training initiatives support business objectives.

Requirements:
Sea going experience as Captain or Chief Officer with a minimum of 5 years in a above ranks.
Previous service on cruise ships will be consider a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is
a plus.
Strong instructional design and training delivery skills, with the ability to create engaging and
impactful learning experiences.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and
motivating employees.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals at all
levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of training evaluation techniques and the ability to analyze data to drive
continuous improvement.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training software/tools.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel if required for short periods of time.
Mainly base will be Manila Philippines.
