Three Inspiring Days of Learning, Engagement and Leadership
Three Inspiring Days of Learning, Engagement, and Leadership.
From 18 to 20 November 2025, we successfully completed our three-day crew seminar series—an event designed to strengthen teamwork, enhance leadership skills, and reinforce our commitment to continuous improvement across all ranks.
Day 1 – Ratings Seminar (18 November)
The first day was dedicated to our ratings. The focus was on learning through fun and engagement, creating an interactive environment where everyone felt comfortable sharing experiences and insights from their time at sea.
Participants contributed honest and constructive feedback, helping us better understand challenges on board and identify opportunities to support our crews even more effectively.
A key highlight was the reinforcement of our 8 Leadership Behaviours, which remain the guiding principles of how we work, communicate, and collaborate every day.
Days 2 & 3 – Officers Seminar (19–20 November)
The following two days were tailored for our officers. The program included an interactive workshop centered on real cases of failures—a safe space where officers could openly discuss past challenges, analyze root causes, and collectively learn from experience.
This open dialogue proved invaluable, allowing everyone to reflect, share, and grow together as a stronger team.
Our goal was simple: to learn from within, promoting a culture where continuous development and accountability go hand in hand.

Honoring Our Long-Serving Seafarers
Each day concluded with a moment of pride and gratitude as we recognized and awarded our seafarers who completed 10 years of dedicated service. Their loyalty, professionalism, and unwavering commitment form the backbone of our fleet, and we were honored to celebrate their milestone achievements.
These three days reaffirmed the strength of our people, the value of open communication, and the importance of investing in our crews. We look forward to continuing this journey—learning, improving, and growing together.
